Jeremy Twachtman

Jeremy Twachtman is a District Director with the Boy Scouts of America in Tampa, FL. He leads a team of volunteers in promoting, recruiting, supporting, and fundraising for the scouts in the northwest half of Hillsborough County. He is a third generation Eagle Scout with a long history of love and support for the Scouting Movement.

Before becoming a professional scouter, Jeremy worked for two years as the volunteer coordinator with a local nonprofit called Rebuilding Together Tampa Bay. In his 14 cumulative years working in the nonprofit arena, Jeremy has demonstrated a desire for helping others. This desire, and the desire to connect more in the community, led Jeremy to join Rotary in 2021. Although only in Rotary for 2 years, Jeremy has spent most of his life working to serve others and Rotary is the latest representation of this.

This year will mark 13 years of marriage for Jeremy to his wonderful wife Caroline. They have two kids together – Lucy (7) and Harrison (4). In his free time, Jeremy attends Bay Hope Church, takes tap dance lessons, likes to craft, roots for the Tampa Bay Rays, and religiously watches all things Star Wars.
